Our Products
We only buy from the top manufacturers and source products from the most reputable companies. Everything on our website is made to the highest standard and most products come with full manufacturers warranties. In the unlikely event that you do find a fault with your goods, it will be rectified swiftly and efficiently.
Delivery
We aim to dispatch all orders within 72 hours. Smaller packages up to approximately 10kgs will normally be dispatched on a 2 day service. Please call us on 0844 884 9519 if you wish to make sure. Packages must be signed for. For other larger items, such as filter pumps, or heat pumps delivery should be in 5-7 days unless otherwise requested. Swimming pools which are stocked will be dispatched on a 2-5 day pallet service, please check at the time of ordering. Other swimming pools such as our Plastica range are made to order direct from the manufacturer and can take between 1 to 12 weeks. |
